Late Spring Feast with Asparagus Galette

There is something so special about about the night air at the height of summer. The warm evening breeze. The dusky golden light that perfectly baths a thoughtful tablescape. A meal inspired by seasonal ingredients. It is all true perfection.

This chapter of my life is all about luxuriating in every moment spent around the table feasting on exceptional food with even better company. And while the summer evenings are boasting beautiful sunsets and the night air is endlessly inviting, I fully plan to live my best al fresco life!

I think that this particular summertime feast might be one of my favorites. There was something so special about the way all of our ideas came together… not to mention the pink feminine theme of the table, the way the light fell, the dishes passed from person to person… it was divine!

Nights such as these, the flavors, the laughter, the conversation, it all echos in my mind long after the table has been cleared and the last bottle of wine has been enjoyed. Xx
