Le Summer Dinner Inspiration

 
 

Al fresco dining is the epitome of summer for me. Evenings sipping an Aperol spritz on a terrace, dinner with friends in a little patch of garden, or sunset wine and snack on the roof… I can truly think of nothing better.

This summer is one for the culinary books. My ability to dine outdoors has peaked, and the perks of having a chef as one of your closets friends and neighbor are endless!! Having envisioned a life full of epic tablescapes and bountiful dinners with loved ones, I feel beyond spoiled to create these special dinners with Amber. She is an unbelievable chef and even better friend and collaborator.

The idea of Le Supper Club was born out of a craving to cook and bake from the heart. In early spring of 2023, we began having near weekly cooking and photo nights where we dined, laugh and found endless joy in the littlest of things (and watched Ted Lasso)! From there, the effort and obsession grew, and now, we are constantly trying to outdo the pervious dinner, claiming each week that one element or another is our new favorite. With such beautiful photos and memorable moments, it felt silly not to do anything more permanent for these nights. So here I am… In the early days of Le Supper Club, where the need to create more beauty and cultivate unique experiences has brought about endless inspiration and satisfaction.
