Blind Worm Sting

  • 1 1/2 oz gin

  • 1 oz blackberry simple syrup

  • Shake with ice, pour into an antique coup and top with a splash of prosecco

  • Garnish with a fruit leather worm

(Blackberry simple syrup - 2 cups fresh or frozen black berries, 1.5 cup water 1/2 cup honey, 1 cup sugar. Bring ingredients to a simmer, smashing blackberries as they cook. Strain and allow to cool before chilling)
