January/February 2026 Vol. Nº27
The first few weeks of a new year are a beautiful disaster, a mashup of leftover cake and Valentine’s daydreams that when put all together, are somehow perfectly setting the tone for the coming months. As we leave the land of resolutions and not knowing what day it is, we can begin to see the visions for the year ahead take shape. Shy, but full of promise, the concepts that have been simmering in imagination this past month are slowly coming into their own. Visions of 80’s inspired ski slopes on city-central rooftops and dinner parties that feel chic enough to mimic an impossible to get New York reservation have come together to set the scene. A new year inspired by artistry and authenticity. A year of connection and exceptional banter. A year where one can truly step into themselves unabashedly and without hesitation. A year that I hope, will become be the most electrifying and inspiring year yet. Xx

Pink pancakes to say ‘I love you’.
Pink Pancakes
2 eggs
1 3/4 cup buttermilk, or milk of your choice
1/3 cup melted butter - slightly cooled
2 cups Le Supper Club All Purpose Flour
1 tablespoon raspberry powder
2 teaspoons red beet powder
5 teaspoons baking soda

In a large bowl, whisk your eggs, milk and melted butter together. Add in your flour, beet and raspberry powder, baking soda, sugar and salt in with the milk mixture and stir until just combined.
Heat a skillet over medium heat with a light coating of oil. Once pan is hot, pour 1/3 cup of your batter into the center of the pan and flip after about 2 minutes, when better started to get air bubbles throughout the surface.
