Un Morceau Vol. No. 1 — January/February 2026

We have entered the season of frozen slush. A time when winter feels most unforgiving and yet beneath the snow and icy pathways, spring is quietly emerging. The light is shifting and with it comes a subtle warmth that is slowly urging us into the next chapter. A chapter of newness, a chapter of inspiration.

Within the relenting chill, there is love in the air with whispers of ‘will you be mine?’ and the beauty of the season has begun to take on a new shape as the sun hits the cold a little differently. As we dive into the possibilities of the final days of winter, Camille shows us that to love the harshness of the season is to also love the unique beauty that it has to offer. When else can vintage furs play the main character of a dinner party? Is there a better time to find endless inspiration for the months ahead than within the deep solitude of winter nights? Winter is about optimism, and Le Supper Club is here to remind us that the little, intentional moments are the moments that design the life we are dreaming of. Dive into Camille’s world of hosting, lifestyle and wintertime aesthetics with this month’s Un Morceau du Fromage, a place where Après Ski is the only vibe you need and the clichés of Valentine’s Day are absolutely encouraged.

Camille’s Current ‘Haute-Hosting’ notes:

The heart of winter is a challenging time. The flavors that we find ourselves suddenly craving are not yet in season and the promise of spring is a little too far off and yet, Camille has always focused on the moment in front of her – Making the best of what the season has to offer and turning January and February into a personal dreamland of wintery aesthetics, rose covered cliches and most important of all, setting the tone for the year ahead.

  • Après Ski

Après ski is a mood – Think chic mountain resort aesthetic and an excuse to don your vintage fur. Cannot sneak off for a snowy escape? Do not fret… Create the ideal setting to indulge in afternoon fondue, champagne and stunning views with a bit of that joie de vivre attitude. With a bit of imagination and a willingness to believe, Camille proves that you too can experience a bougie mountain top vibe without having to traverse icy roads and dodge gaggles of first time snowboarders.

  • Leaning into Valentine’s Day Clichés

Pull out all the stops for this romance clade holiday. We are talking long stemmed roses, boxes of chocolates and an explosion of red and pink hearts. Make it all about your current version of love and go all out – For Camille, that means candlelit bubble baths, rose petals and chocolates in bed and pink pancakes for breakfast. She reminds us that you don’t need to be in love with someone else to love the holiday, you just need to be in love with life.

  • Elevate Simplicity

Ordering burgers and fries is possibly one of Camille’s favorite simple pleasures. The ease and familiarity of it all feels like a bite of comfort, plus there are no dishes involved, no days of culinary prep… But how to transform take-away burgers and fries into a fancy evening at home? For Camille, elevation is all about thoughtful intention and a bit of juxtaposition. Serve fries on a silver platter, build custom labels for burger boxes to act as place cards, add in a fresh, homemade caesar salad to the menu and most importantly, break out the fine china and crystal rather than letting it collect dust. Just because it's take-away, does not mean it has to look like take away.

The Art of Dating Yourself:

There is something about setting a scene with intention that feels so indulgent. A room service inspired moment that transports you to a five-star hotel experience, a favorite cocktail with a homemade candlelit dinner, buying yourself a bouquet of flowers on a random Thursday… And yet, we move through life rarely diving into these little gifts for ourselves outside of travel or relationships, depriving ourselves of the little joys. And so it is out of a desire to experience these seemingly minute moments on the regular that Camille has built a mini movement around the idea of dating yourself – Falling in love with the little things. Building a life that is not on hold while you wait for someone to share it with. The promotion that finally justifies the nice bottle of wine that you have been saving. The china you inherited from grandma that collects dust in the cabinet. These are elements that are often left for a ‘special’ time. But what if you flip the script? What if you polish up the silver platter you forgot about and make a spread of toast and eggs to enjoy in bed with a favorite movie or the novel du jour? What if you treat yourself that way you wish someone else would treat you? How great could life be if you fell in love with the little things as much as possible…

A Valentine’s Day statement:

When it comes to Valentine’s Day, Camille wholeheartedly believes in clichés. It is a day that requires an explosion of red and pink, a holiday where long stemmed roses with heart shaped boxes of chocolates are an absolute must and sweetheart love notes should most definitely be exchanged over candlelit dinners.

Whether you are single, newly in love or celebrating with the girls – Valentine’s Day should become a moment. A moment of self care, a moment of romance, a moment of mini joys. For Camille, the holiday has never been about the traditional notion of love, but rather, the purest form of the word. The love shared between friends, the love you feel for life, for yourself, even the love you feel for chocolate. It is about enjoyment and what is more enjoyable than slices of romance? Fall in love with Valentine’s Day with its little cherubs and the clichés of hearts and roses. It is a holiday designed for sweet indulgences.
